Greene Insurance is a fictional company. This site is an integration fixture — no coverage is sold, no license is held, and every phone number, address, and license identifier on it is a placeholder. How this site was built

Quote request

Tell us what you need covered.

Five short sections. It takes about four minutes, and you do not need an account, a password, or a payment method. A licensed agent reads every one of these and gets back to you — usually the same business day.

Fields marked are required. Everything else helps us quote you accurately, but you can leave it blank.

What are you insuring?

Choose one or more. If you are not sure which applies, pick the closest and describe it in section 3 — sorting that out is our job, not yours.

Personal
  • Liability, collision, and comprehensive for the cars in your driveway.
  • The structure, what is inside it, and your liability if someone is hurt on it.
  • Your belongings and your liability, in a place you do not own.
  • Liability coverage that sits on top of your auto and home limits.
  • Separate policy — NFIP or private — for rising water. Not in your homeowners.
  • Boats, motorcycles, campers, side-by-sides, and trailers.
Business
  • Property, general liability, and business income bundled for small operations.
  • Third-party bodily injury, property damage, and advertising injury.
  • Vehicles titled to the business, plus hired and non-owned exposure.
  • Medical and wage replacement for employees injured on the job.
  • Claims that you gave bad advice or failed to deliver a professional service.
  • Breach response, ransomware, and the liability that follows a data loss.
  • Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
  • Contract, license, and permit bonds — plus employee dishonesty coverage.
Life & Benefits
  • Term and permanent coverage sized to what your family actually owes.
  • Health, dental, vision, and disability for teams of two and up.

Event liability, a food truck, a short-term rental, a classic car, a bond for a licence application. Between our 12 carriers and our wholesale markets we can usually find a home for it.

About you

We need enough to reach you and to know which state's rules apply. Nothing here goes to a carrier until you tell us to run a quote.

Where we send the quote comparison. Format: name@example.com

Ten digits, US number. We only text this number if you tick the consent box in section 5.

How should we reach you first?

The address being insured, if that is different from where you live — you can tell us about the second one in section 3.

We are licensed in NC, SC, TN, GA, VA. If you pick "somewhere else" we will tell you honestly whether we can help or refer you to an agency that can.

Five digits, or ZIP+4.

The details

The more of this you fill in, the closer the first number we come back with will be to the real one. None of it is required.

Useful things to include: year, make, and model of each vehicle; drivers in the household and their ages; square footage, roof age, and year built for a home; annual revenue, payroll, and what the business actually does; any claims in the last five years; whether a lender or a contract is requiring specific limits.

Your current coverage

Skip this if you have none. If you do have coverage, this is the part that saves the most back-and-forth — we would rather beat a real policy than guess at one.

Agents call this your X-date. It is the day your current policy term ends. Knowing it lets us start early enough to actually shop the renewal instead of rushing it.

Your declarations page is the one- or two-page summary at the front of your policy listing every limit and deductible. PDF or a photo is fine, up to about 10 MB. Prefer not to upload? Email it to service@greeneinsurance.example or bring it by the office — 118 Ridgeline Court, Suite 240, Asheville, NC 28801.

Please redact before you send. We do not need your full Social Security number, your driver's licence number, or your bank details to start a quote, and this form is not the place for them. If a carrier needs something sensitive later, we will collect it over a secure channel and tell you why.
