Greene Insurance is a fictional company. This site is an integration fixture — no coverage is sold, no license is held, and every phone number, address, and license identifier on it is a placeholder. How this site was built

Contact

Five ways in, and the right one for what you need.

Phone is fastest for anything urgent or complicated. Email is better for anything with a list of details in it. Both reach a person in this office, not a call center in another state.

Hours

When the office is open.

Monday – Thursday
8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday
8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday
Closed
Claims line
24 hours, every day

Closed weekends and federal holidays. Claims line is answered 24/7.

All times North Carolina local, Eastern. Weekday mornings are quietest. Friday afternoons and the first business day after a storm are not.

Walk-ins are welcome, though if you want a specific person, call first — producers are frequently out at client sites.

Routing

Who to contact, and when.

Using the right address is not a formality. Each of these goes to a different queue with a different response commitment, and a claim sent to the general inbox on a Friday night sits until Monday.

Send a message

Tell us what you need.

Everything here goes to a person in the Asheville office. If it is urgent, call — a form is never the fastest path to a human.

Only needed if you would rather we call than write.

Detail helps. Policy numbers, dates, deadlines, and what has already been tried all save a round trip. Do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, card numbers, or health information through this form.

Coverage cannot be bound through this website.Submitting this form does not apply for, request, alter, or bind insurance, and it does not report a claim. No coverage exists until a carrier issues it in writing. If you need to report a loss, call(828) 555-0177.

Or call (828) 555-0142.

The office

Finding us.

118 Ridgeline Court, Suite 240, Asheville, NC 28801
Getting here
Ridgeline Court runs off the main road behind the row of brick office buildings. We are the two-story one with the green door, second floor, suite 240. The stairwell is on the left as you come in; the elevator is past it.
Parking
Free surface lot in front, including two accessible spaces by the entrance. Overflow parking is on the street side and is unrestricted after 9 a.m.
Accessibility
Step-free entrance from the lot, elevator to the second floor, and an accessible restroom on both levels. If you need us to meet you downstairs or come to you, say so when you call and we will.
Coordinates
35.6, -82.55 — approximate, for mapping. Put the street address into whichever map application you prefer.

No map on this page, on purpose

An embedded map means loading a third party's script into your browser and handing them your IP address and your interest in an insurance agency, before you have agreed to anything. This site makes no cross-origin requests at all — no map tiles, no fonts fetched from a font CDN, no trackers, no analytics beacons.

The address above works in every mapping application. That seemed like a fair trade.
